Delivery Times

ORDER CONFIRMATION, AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

1.) Email Confirmation and Delivery Times
Once your order has been placed, the office manager will email you a confirmation of your order and an estimated time that delivery will be scheduled. Please note: WE ARE NOW TAKING  SPRING 2012 ORDERS.  Times will vary depending on the area of delivery. We will start deliveries first to mid March for spring and mid to late September for fall. If you have any questions about your delivery, you can email kim@jonesfish.com or call 1-800-662-3474 and ask for Kim Phillips.

2.) Phone Call Confirmation
Approximately one week before your delivery is scheduled, you will get a phone call to confirm your delivery. At this point, Kim will schedule a two hour window for you to meet our delivery driver at your pond(s) location. If your unable to meet the driver, other arrangements can be made by contacting Kim at the above contact information.

3.) How to pay? Payment methods accepted
Payment methods accepted for online orders are: MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express. If you would like to pay using cash, money order, or check please contact our office at 800-662-3474 to place an order. Personal checks ONLY accepted in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
