Sweet Flag (Acorus calamus)
Sweetflag grows upright to 2-4’. It requires full to partial sun. The shiny, light green leaves can be gently wrinkled, similar in appearance to Yellow Water Iris. The leaves also have a strong citrus aroma when crushed. Divide clumps in spring or summer, planting in water 3-6” over the crown.
