As with the original CPA-1W (Complete Pond Aerator), the CPA-1W is comprised of a 1/5 hp WOB-L piston compressor (115v). The compressor is locked within an aluminum cabinet and comes with a four-stone diffuser template and a plastic underlay. However, this system comes with 200 feet of self weighted tubing. Unlike the polyethylene airline sold with the original CPA-1, the self weighted tubing requires no rebar or brick to keep it in place on the pond bottom.
For peope who utilize their ponds for fishing, this is a big advantage with less objects on the pond bottom with which to snag a lure. Also, this system comes with the required stainless steel clamps along with insert fittings. This complete pond aeration system will handle a lake up to two surface acres depending on depth.
